"Rue 21" brand brings you this cute short sleeve top. It is a 65%poly/35%cotton vertical rib top in a black/white/olive green horizontal stripe. It features a scoopneck with a button placket front. The buttons are NOT function - they are only there for looks. This is a great back to school basic that is not so basic! Wear it into the fall, then pop a black cardigan over it into the winter months!
