Parting ways with my beloved wedding gown so it can fulfill another bride’s BEST. DAY. EVER. I’m generally a size 6 (US), have a 28” waist, I’m 5’ 3” and wear a 34D. Dress altered to wear 4” Sam Edelman Yaro sandals. The dress retailed for $3200 when I bought it, I put $600 of alterations into it, and added a $200 belt from BHLDN. Since the dress tied in the back, I had the belt sewn on (can remove if desired) to minimize strings in the back.

amandaahaggerty @stefaneej I had it shortened (I'm 5'3" and wore 4" heels). I also had a small piece of matching lace/very fine nude mesh sewn in the "V" top for a tiny bit more coverage + had the belt sewn on.
