Rue les createurs dress size 38

Beautiful silk Rue les createurs dress (not to be confused with rue 21). I purchased in instanbul during a work trip. never worn, size 38. The one worn in the listing is a size 36, mine. selling 1, the other was to show how it looks on. according to the size conversion, it's about an 8 but please confirm yourself as well.
