These are Rue21 premium brand Twenty one Black jeans They are embroidered with flowers and the roughed up and ripped design . They are the sought after low rise skinny jeans with flex material. I wore these not more than twice . Not quite my age group. 😄. They are in great condition. They are approximately 29" at the inseam and 24" at the waist .
