@rhondacramer Good Afternoon! It’s 18 inches non stretched and 24-25in stretched across the bust, armpit to armpit. I also measured from top to bottom and it’s 34in. It came right above the knee for me. I took pictures of the measurements that I’ll include in the listing. I wore it last year for my senior presentation so if I have any photos from that I’ll upload them for reference as well.
