Rue21 Casual Dress

This is a very pretty dress, it’s a little basic in my opinion, it’s nice but it also seems like it’s for more office type vibes if anything but maybe I’m just not styling it right. There are two different dresses so I have a small and a medium size because I forgot to return the first one. Used - Great Condition 95%Rayon/5% Spandex
