Rue21 Off the Shoulder Top

A cute off the shoulder floral top that, surprise surprise, I bought and never wore! I still think it's sooooo cute, but I know deep down I'm not gonna wear it. It's an XS, made from very stretchy material. The top is elastic and the sleeves are wide and billowy, but there is elastic on the cuffs so it will fit your wrist. There is also a little tie at the bottom, and this does fit a little cropped.
