Rue21 skinny boot cut jeans

Rue21 skinny boot cut jeans. Skinny jeans but with a little flare at the bottom. Used but still in amazing condition. Has stretch to them so I put two different measurements. 98% Cotton & 2% Spandex. There are two lines of fray on the left front leg (as seen in the 2nd picture) and some fraying on the back bottom of the right pant leg (as seen in the last picture). Otherwise in great condition. Labeled as a size 11/12 but I used the waist measurement as the size.
