Ruffian (Anthropologie) all silk shift dress

Ruffian new sleeveless silk shift dress, has a luxurious sheen and feels amazing. Double lined, inside is a soft yellow paisley print. Shell is navy blue and just enough ruffles on the ‘sleeves’, the neckline and along the bottom hem. Just beautiful. In excellent condition
