Two adorable ruffle bottom pants for the price of one The print one is a size 4 and the polkadot one is an estimated size 4 because they are measuring about the same, but the tag was cut out These are just too cute for words. The print one is made by HOPE Company. Adorable and fun ruffle bottom pants in a floral print. The colors are gray, shades of green and shades of pink and some cream colored background There are two purple satin bands right before the ruffles. The back part of the waistband has elastic for extra stretch and movement. There is one flaw on one of the ruffles as seen in the pictures. It is on the back of the right leg and appears to be a dime sized slit/hole. This could be easily fixed or ignored. See last picture. Otherwise just normal wear Absolutely adorable navy blue and white polka dotted ruffle bottom pants. There is no size tag inside but I estimate these to fit size 4 to 5.
