Ruffle Chambray Dress

Get ready for spring💐 This precious dress ties at the waist and has a sweet ruffle along the hem and the sleeves. The fabric is so light. Hits right above the knee (I’m 5’5”). The back has a little button closure with a delicate key-hole opening. So pretty. Slight fray at the waist which is an easy fix. See photo.
