Ruffle Cocktail Dress with Rosettes - London Times

This dress was purchased new and worn once to a wedding. No flaws. It's a formal cocktail dress that hits at about the knee. The dress is a beautiful plum color with some shimmer to the fabric. The neckline is adorned with rosette embellishments. Size 8 but fits on the smaller side. Closer to a 6. Note - included one photo of a similar dress on a mannequin to help envision the shape.
