Ruffle Collar Button Up Shirt by Fifteen Twenty

100% cotton, made in USA, long cuffed sleeves, ruffled collar, shirttail hem. Currently sold out at Fifteen Twenty, a high end boutique brand. Shirt has never been worn, perfect condition. The color is “off white” but it’s pretty white. Not glaringly white but crisp.
