Ruffle Collar Long-Sleeved Blouse

This top can be worn either way: button in the front or on the back. The top is made with thin material (not see-through). It’s perfect for the spring and summer outfits. I’ve worn this a couple of times for coffee dates and vacation. Hence, loose thread at the bottom of the blouse. It can be easily fixed with a sewing machine. I’d recommended this top for petite women, and teenage girls.
