This Ruffle Feathers long-sleeved top is so fun and flirty!  The open arm design is a unique take on the cold shoulder tops we're all used to seeing and the soft fuzzy fabric lends a cozy feeling as you wear it.  The fit is meant to be a little loose around the waistline and the color of the material is Charcoal (as pictured).
