Ruffle Light Grey/Blue Cardigan

Charlotte Russe. Size small. Ruffle with pearl buttons. A very light blue/grey color. The length of the cardigan sits right at the top of my hip bone. The ruffle is very cute and not overly dramatic. The sweater can be worn buttoned or open. The sleeves are close to a 3/4 length. In great condition. It is too small for me now.
