Ruffle Long Sleeve Off Shoulder White Chiffon Blouse Size M from Charlotte Russe

A very chick blouse. Very comfortable to wear. Made in Mexico. Great for a day out. The tip of the right sleeve is faintly yellow (picture is included of the stain). However it is hard to tell and can barely be seen. Blouse is a size M. Has ruffled sleeves which makes it very chick and stylish. Individual in the picture is 5’3”.
