Ruffle Sleeve Shirt| Black and Beige Floral| Blouse| Short Top

This is a very cute top. It has no rips or stains. The top is a size small, but due to the style a size medium would have no problem wearing this. One of the things I love about this shirt is the area around the waist. I love that it V’s up and can show off your tummy. The sleeves are layered a bit to look like ruffles and it has elastic around the base of the sleeve. It can be worn down or pushed up around the elbow. The shirt is a lower cut, so you can either go with that and show a bit of cleavage or wear a Bandeau or Bralette underneath. The shirt is 100% rayon and is very soft. This material does not stretch.
