Ruffle Trim High Split Skirt

Okay you guys, the split on this skirt is VERY high. Like, you’ll probably want some little shorts underneath. Also, very cute with a swimsuit. High low hem, the longest hits 30 inches from the waist. Zipper and hook and eye side closure.
