Ruffle Tulle Polka Dot Skirt

Size medium, never worn! The color is like a pale cream with tiny polkadots that you only really notice when you are up close. I purchased on a whim and it’s been hanging in my closet for probably two years, and I want to pass it on to someone who will get some use out of it as it’s truly adorable! Would look lovely dressed up, or super cute dressed down with a tshirt and sneakers. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
