Ruffle front womens 3x blouse

A bright pink & white 3x women's blouse with ruffle down the front of the bodice. It's a short sleeve, with cotton knit material. Very comfortable, but the one time I wore it, I had trouble keeping it up in front, ie: my bust isn't really large enough to fill it. I'm a 42D. It's been washed and it did not shrink.
