Ruffle hi-low top

EUC. Cotton/spandex blend, reminds me of twill. The ruffle along the bottom and 3/4 sleeves is so cute! It is shorter in the front and longer in the back making it perfect for leggings or to dress up for church. Size is a 4t but runs big imo. From an online boutique.
