Ruffle plaid gingham bathing suit top or festival top

size M. padded, but removable pads. cute ruffle straps, and ruffling at top of bust. whole front top is textured, and the back is smooth. adjustable straps. neon/lime green for the plaid, and ruffles/back of top is more an olive color. This is a swimsuit top. However, super cute with a mini skirt for a festival or concert, as more of a bustier. see pics for measurements and like-new condition. Bundle items in my closet to save! 😻
