BRAND NEW❗️soft baby knit ruffle sleeve top❗️ this top is so so so soft and is a lightweight cotton knit. Super cute to dress up or dress down, and very breezy. I think it looks cute tucked in as a cropped shirt (or if you actually cropped it) In perfect condition, as was never worn before, but doesn’t have tags. 86% rayon 10% polyester 4% spandex Size small and fits like a S or M I am 5’7 for reference
