Ruffle two-toned top

This tank has a ruffled two-toned front and a navy blue plain back. You can adjust the straps, and smooths unwanted curves. On one side it's straight across stripes of navy blue and white, when the other ruffled side is solid navy. It's been worn a few times and in good condition. No rips or stains. As a tip, I found that it looks best with shorts. Even though it's an extra large, it fits just about anyone. I don't remember the price of this tank, so I'm willing to negotiate.
