Ruffled B&W dress with attached shoulder cover

Girls ruffled lace dress. Super cute and never worn. Never even tried it on. Tag still attached and everything. I Payed alot for it and found out it wasn't my size. The top has a little shoulder like cover sewed to the dress. It cannot be removed. The bottom is ruffled with a lace like texture. The top half is a silky and satin like texture. Also the top half is more fitted.
