Ruffled Button Down Dress

Adorable blue dress with purplish pink buttons down the front, on sleeves, and pockets. 3/4 sleeves. Pinstripes, with an elastic stretch in the back of waist. Used in great condition with only 3 small unnoticeable pulls of fabric on the back. Loops on each side for a belt. I would keep this but I have shrunk. The green dots in photo are just from the crystals on the chandelier reflecting light. bundle to save$&
