Ruffled Dress

Super adorable little black dress. Falls above the knee with delicate ruffles on the top. There is an elastic band thats fitted at the waist to give more shape to the body. Top of dress is made out of spandex and polyester. Bottom of dress is made out of spandex and cotton. Wear during summer with sandals or heels or during fall and holiday seasons with stockings and heels or boots and cardigans. Only worn once or twice. Like new. ?
