🧡 Ruffled High Low Dress 🧡

This pretty flowy dress is perfect for the sultry days of summer. The stylish high-low hemline adds pizazz while the ruffled bodice and hemline add some flirty fun. It is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex for that bit of stretch. The waistline is elasticized. This is a size large. My take is that it’s closer to a 10-12 than a 14. Machine wash.
