Ruffled Polka dot silk blouse

Hard to see with the pattern but tried to show in the pictures this has ruffles down the middle on each side of where it buttons up, also buttons up all the way up the neck looking like a choker somewhat. The sleeves are cut in with ruffles around the cuffs & the bottom tightens around the waist to be loose & baggy around the stomach. Don’t know how else to explain what I mean but this top is super adorable. It’s unfortunately too small for me. It’s size small but can fit XS.
