Ruffled Tie Front Shrug

Tie front light and flowy ruffle neck and sleeve bottom shrug in excellent condition. Red with flowers and 3/4 length sleeves that is some sort of rayon/polyester blend. Soft and light fabric. No rips, holes or stains. Laying Flat: Armpit to Armpit varies due to tie closure. Tied together tight is 20" Shoulder seam to bottom is 19" long.
