Ruffled Wool Black Pea Coat from MODA International

This coat is AMAZING! I thought it would fit my daughter but it’s just a bit too big and we are heartbroken. It’s in EUC and will just make any outfit you wear it with. Featuring that stand up collar with decorative button, hidden interior snaps and, best of all - that RUFFLE at the bottom!! Gah! What could be better? Measures 15” across the shoulders, 16” P2P, 15” at the waist. Approximately 31” from the shoulder to the bottom of the front ruffles and 37” from the back collar seam to the bottom of the back ruffles.
