Y2K vintage era sleeveless mini dress by Rewind, size XS, pink top, blue and white striped ruffles, high waisted belt, very cute styled with flares - Haley Duff, Mary Kate and Ashley, 2000s vibe (reference photo added as well). Flouncy and fun to wear! The belt material is a bit worn but you can't tell unless you look really closely, overall good condition.
