Ruffled button-down blouse

Burgundy colored blouse with ruffle details from collar down towards center. The short sleeves are flowy and slightly ruffled as well. There are two ribbons coming down from the color. The waist portion is slightly cinched. The lower middle portion of the back is also slightly cinched. This blouse is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It's very smooth and soft. This blouse ha's only been worn twice and is in great condition. It would be great tucked under a tight skirt for work or going out.
