Ruffled cap sleeved cropped V-neck summer top

I bought this from Wrap, which is in London. It has many unusual details, with the ruffled cap sleeves, the details around the hem, the loops for the buttons, elastic in the back to allow for a more form fitting shape, and the beautiful color. It can be worn over a sleeveless tank as a coordinating "cardigan"...or a little more cover, and its very short length gives that combination a great layered look. The first picture is the actual color, which is a violet/gray color, but the other photos look too dark! It is a size M..and its features definitely "make a statement!"
