Ruffled long sleeve floral dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @redsgalleria. Loved it, Super cute !!!!!! Just too small would best fit someone under 36 bra size never worn. Navy blue with a bed of flowers. Criss cross tie V-neckline, Ruffled long sleeves, Back zip and eye hook closure, lined, appx 32" long.
