Ruffled, strapless dress

This soft and feminine dress has so many great details. Soft ruffles start at the front and circle all the way around the back of the skirt. There is embroidered stitchwork and the dress is fully lined. There is smocking at the waist. Hidden buttons and small snaps go down the front of the dress and there are side pockets.
