Ruffle/peplum bottom mallard blue midi skirt, women's size Medium, equivalent to size 14. Length from waist to bottom of skirt is approximately 28". Material is listed as cotton/rayon/spandex. Skirt is a single layer, no lining. Business casual. Item is in excellent condition, I purchased this item and only washed it but have never worn it.
