Ruffles anyone?! 'INC' designer funky & fun shirt w/ruffles, bell sleeves Sz. XL

By: INC International Concepts 100% polyester Very good condition. Can you see the ruffles running down the front of the shirt? They run all the way from front to back & create a flutter sleave affect. I tried to capture them. Tough to do. Pretty floral paisly boho peasant style shirt. Floral fabric outer shell with full body lining except the sleeves. There is Navy trim with small holes that isn't lined. *Bell sleeves *Ruffles that run along each side of the breast *elastic waist with flounce over the hips *Single fabric cover button & elastic closure in back. Laying flat... 42" chest 25" sleeve which includes the 9" ruffle/bell 25" length which includes a 7.5" flounce panel after the elastic waist I have a 40" waist & 45" hips and it fits nicely. I'd say you could be smaller than that, but not any larger. Front ruffle starts 5" wide at the shoulder and falls to 1" wide at the waist.
