Ruffly Black Blouse

This blouse has a touch of both sweetness and sass with a low-cut neckline and ruffle details. Wish it still fit me! I've owned it for so long that label has faded but I believe it is a size small. A bit wrinkled at the moment. Could use a good ironing. Make an offer!
