I know the XS says 17-22 inches but do you think it could go smaller than that? It looks like it.. my pup is the runt so he’s extra extra small.

@colieolieoh Hello! I have added a picture of my dog with the vest on (she weighs about 20lbs). She measures 18 1/2 inches “girth” (around ribcage). Also, around her front chest, as seen in the picture, she does measure about 17 inches. I’d say this still fits her big around her stomach/girth area. The front piece you see in the picture fits her perfectly, we were able to put it at its smallest and it was comfortable. Hope this helps!

@cohippiehiker Hello! All zippers on the pouches work perfectly fine, and the buckles on the vest work fine too! I’m not familiar with the brand you are asking about, but this is a great harness for hikers. Also, no flaws. It is in excellent brand new condition with tags attached.
