Rugby Ralph Lauren mid-rise jeans. They are a very lightweight and soft material and have barely ever been worn! They have a button fly and buttons for suspenders (one of the buttons is missing on the front) They are a 24 but the waist really fits like a 25/26. Super unique and old school looking.

@cbgnyy they are definitely a soft denim material! Very lightweight but I would still consider them jeans.
