Runaway Bicycle silk wrap dress

Runaway Bicycle 50% silk 50% modal wrap dress. It’s an XS but doesn’t fit like an XS— I’m an XS and it’s too big for me up top despite tying it as tightly as possible :( I’ve listed it as a small instead. It could definitely fit small-medium. For reference, I am 110 pounds, 5’5, and have a 25 inch waist and it was too big. I also have a smaller b-cup chest and the top was too loose on me. No flaws, never worn
