Runway Herve Leger bandage scarf gown in Seafoam

Same style and color worn by Jennifer Lopez on the red carpet. Has been shortened to fit a 5’5”woman in heels. Because the designer length was extremely long. The heam was made between the bandage dress and scarf layers. Heam is shown in pictures for your reference Silk bottom has one layer of silk topped with scarf bands as shown in video. Never worn but stored for a while. Small mark on the inside of the dress that can be seen on the inside when unzipped. As shown in pic. Maybe from the tailor.
