Could this be worn with a nude bra or would that still be see through?

@jessiegoc a nude bra would definitely work but it has a low back, so unless you plan on wearing a blazer over it, the bra will show. I'd highly recommend booby petals, I got a pair of reusable ones (up to 25 times) at Ulta for $15 and they are awesome.
