Russ Berens Sequined and Embroidered Boucle Jacket/Button Front Top Medium/Large

Here is a Russ Berens Malibu Sequined and Embroidered Boucle Jacket/Button Up Top. It is styled like a button up top, but the boucle fabric is a bit heavy for a top. This jacket appears to have been some kind of sample, based on the tag inside the jacket (photo 10). There is no fabric or size tag. This does have a regular Russ Berens sales tag (photo 9), but on the reverse is a sticker with a number on it. Please understand that I'm not sure if this is a sample of some sort or was sold in stores. The only issue I see is that the second button down is broken in half, but it still buttons (photo 8). The below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a Medium or Large. Please compare to an item that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
