Russ Vintage Sleeveless Sweater

Pit to pit: 18” Length: 21” Beautiful knit sweater vest. There’s no material tag but I suspect there’s a high percentage of wool, it’s a bit scratchy to the touch like wool is. The washing instructions also hint at wool. Would look so cute under a white turtleneck. This is a true vintage sweater!
