Russell Kemp ...... black slacks

This is a very unique pair of wide leg pants by Russell Kemp ,, wide sash belt with metal detail , that ties & is attached to pants , two side pockets ,size 10 ..16 1/2” waist ,40” length from waist to bottom .. ( small split in seam on leg .. see pic..easy fix)
