Some time ago my furrier remarked, "What an outstanding Russian sable...very lovely" and I was wearing this piece at the time. So, it is from his remarks that I base my opinion on. And, yes, I dok know there is a difference between sable, Russian sable, and the various minks. For instance, I have a ranch mink coat. :>)
