Russian Silver White & Blue Enamel Diamond Rococo style Diamond Egg Pendant

This pendant is absolutely gorgeous in stunning blue and white enamel over gold gilded .925 Silver in a Rococo style pattern (see pictures). One side of the locket features the Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation (Post 1993) and the other side features two flowers with a total of 10 D Color VVS1 1.5mm (for a total of .150 total) round brilliant diamonds for the petals. I had these stones set myself, so I can vouch for them personally. They are gorgeous! When I got this pendant it was incomplete, so I finished it myself. Pendant is approximately 1 inch tall by 3/4 inch wide and is signed on the bail with the Soviet Russian assayers mark designating 925 Silver and the city of Moscow. and the makers mark :3AC (please see pictures). The ":3" designates the year 1993. the first year of the new Russian Republic and the very first year that most Russian people were to experience some semblance of freedom. ( I would argue, that under Nicholas II, they would have been able to be free, had the man been given the chance to realize his true potential), the last 2 characters are the makers mark, which unfortunately, are hard to track .
